An Extension Build & Kitchen Installation in Great Bowden

J Rutland Construction recently completed another building project in the village of Great Bowden. James and Rosie have a lovely place on Langton Road and the job was to build an extension and install a contemporary kitchen in the new space.

As well as fitting off-the-peg kitchens, J Rutland Construction have many years of experience in creating something unique. The Bespoke kitchen below was created for a client in Great Bowden following completion of a ground-floor extension.

Extension project in Market Harborough

Recently completed a small extension on a property in Market Harborough. The project included fully fitted floors, kitchen and a set of bifold doors, which throw a lot of light into the new space.

Knight's End Rd, Great Bowden, Market Harborough

We had a great time completing this extension on Knight's End Road in Great Bowden. The project included a large ground-floor extension with a large area of bi-folding doors and a lovely open-plan kitchen, as well as a lot of internal renovation.

A sand stone patio area links the main house to a brand-new, single-story building for garage/office space.
